The investigating judge in charge of the murder of a family at the Cité Habib de Sfax last week issued, this Monday, June 12, 2023, a warrant of deposit against the son of the victims and his friend.
They are accused of voluntary homicide, said the public prosecutor and spokesperson for the Court of First Instance Sfax 2, Hichem Ksibi.
They appeared yesterday before the investigating judge to be interviewed, with regard to this crime knowing that evidence made it possible to pronounce the accusation of voluntary homicide with premeditation against the son and that the crime weapon was found 100 meters from the family home.
During the night of Wednesday, June 7 to Thursday, June 8, three members of the same family, including a 10 -year -old girl, were found slaughtered, in a drama that shook the governorate of Sfax.
It was at dawn on Thursday June 8 that this family was found murdered. The victims were stabbed several times and slaughtered. They were then discovered by the son, which later became the main suspect.
The victims of this abominable crime are a father, 60, a former STEG official, recently retired; His 52 -year -old wife, a teacher in a college in the region; and their 10 -year -old daughter.
