The journalist Walid Tlili died this Tuesday, June 24, 2025, leaving behind a rich professional career and a sustainable imprint in the Tunisian media landscape.
Emblematic animator of the Tunisian national radio, he distinguished himself by his oral ease, his ability to captivate the public and the quality of his programs. His powerful and warm voice has marked several generations of listeners.
Known for his courtesy, his professionalism and his human qualities, Walid Tlili began his career in the written press, especially within the newspapers Al Akhbar, Al-Ayyam and Al-Tariq al-Jadid.
He also contributed to the Tunisian radio review before illustrating as an animator of several flagship programs such as Al Bath al-Moubasher, Tounes al-wilda, Youm Saïd, Rahma Lil’Alamine, Dhayf Min al-Zaman al-Jamil and Aazif al-Layl.
