The Technology Entertainment and Design (TED) is a concept that tends to bring together the big names in the world in different fields so that they can expose their brightest ideas. This movement was even welcomed by Tunisia in September during the Carthage TEDX.

At the beginning of December, during the Ted Women conference in Washington, Sheryl Sandberg, former world sales manager at Google and currently CEO at Facebook made a very noticed intervention.

Considered one of the most powerful women in the world, Sheryl Sandberg has put her finger on the thorny problem of the lack of women in high responsibility positions in companies and this in many areas all over the world.

She also exposed to those who wish to become a leader to be accomplished in their careers and to be appreciated for their achievements, a kind of user guide based on 3 points:

Sit in the office: to impose yourself, to believe in yourself, to negotiate.

Make your partner a real partner: make the one who shares your life, someone you can count for you and your children.

Only leave if you leave: never drop.
