A bull, who escaped from the municipal slaughterhouse in Sousse sowed panic and injured a person before being captured by the police.
The governor of Sousse ordered the opening of an administrative investigation following an incident which saw a bull escape from the municipal slaughterhouse, creating panic among passers -by and injuring a person before the police managed to master it.
The secretary general of the municipality of Sousse, responsible for managing the affairs of the city, reported the facts of the incident, today on the Mosaique FM, indicating that a butcher had deposited the bull the day before in the stable of the municipal market of Sousse, in anticipation of his slaughter provided at 4:30 am. During his transfer to the slaughter room, the bull escaped, injuring a person before the police managed to master him and bring him back to the slaughterhouse.
It was following the incident that the governor of Sousse went to the slaughterhouse ordering the opening of an administrative inquiry in order to identify shortcomings and responsibilities.
