Believing in this quote from François Mauriac, the young international room of Medjez El Bab (JCI) has created a reading space for children.
Convinced of the importance of the book and its essential role to enrich the spirits, the young international chamber of Medjez El Bab, thus organizes an action “Ktebi Lik” in the primary school of Sidi Naceur Medjez El Bab.
This action has two main objectives: on the one hand, facilitate access to cultural knowledge by the establishment of the library, since the school is helpless and far from the city center of Medjez El Bab and on the other hand, promote the culture of the book.
During a first step, a collection of books, tales, encyclopedias … was carried out for three days, on September 4, 5 and 6, 2015 and the citizens were discussed on the need to devote part of our free time for reading.
In a second step, a colorful library was created. Its inauguration will be this Saturday October 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sidi Naceur Medjez El Bab school.
