Saudi Arabia plans to acquire the h bomb!

Facebook is always trying to facilitate the features made available to its users. The Zuckerberg team has created a new feature that will automate user tag in the photos.

The new feature will use facial recognition from the latest user’s shared photos to recognize the faces of friends whose presence in the photos is already recognized before. Justin Mitchell, engineer at Facebook, explained the usefulness of this feature on his blog: “Now, if you upload wedding photos of a cousin, we will group the photos of the bride and groom and we will suggest their name”, he explains, “instead of entering his name 64 times, you will only need to click on ‘Save’ to mark all the wedding photos of your cousin.

According to Mitchell, more than 100 million ‘tags’ are added every day. However, users who do not want to use this feature, will be able to deactivate it from the privacy settings. The function is only available in the USA but it will be for all of the facebookers from next week.
