Emna Ben Jemaa has just won the prize for the best driver for her digital program “We exchange?” Among 12 journalists and/or content creators of the Maghreb (Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Libya).

“Are we exchanging?” »Addresses the question of mental burden and explores the different aspects of the sharing of domestic tasks. The show combines staging capsules and couples interviews, who share their experience and offer practical advice to manage the mental load on a daily basis.
The program is offered in the form of a 7 -minute long format on YouTube, as well as three capsules from 30 to 190 seconds specially adapted to social networks.
The jury praised ” A very complete editorial proposal, declined and adapted to the uses of platforms with a good 360 strategy. The different formats offered make it possible to operate each content for each platform. Visually of very high quality with a clean image, a relevant graphic charter and a good use of the vertical format… very impressive and it is quite naturally that it is the best pilot“.
Binetna welcomes the launch of this innovative digital program which is part of a modern journalistic approach, both in line with current trends and quality focused. This initiative aims to strengthen the role of Binetna as a media engaged in the promotion of gender equality in Tunisia.
The Binetna online media is committed to promoting a positive influence for women by offering shared experiences, practical advice and tips to help them accept as they are and fully live their daily lives, without trying to respond to perfection standards. “Are we exchanging?” »Addresses a crucial subject for Tunisian society: normalization of the sharing of domestic tasks between men and women. Through these three capsules, the program addresses gender equality in an original way, by arousing a constructive debate for a better awareness of this major societal question.
This pilot was carried out as part of the Intajat Jadida project, organized by CFI. Twelve content creators of the Maghreb were selected and participated in this program as well as in the competition.
