Already a sailing policewoman, when is the bearded police officers?

It made the buzz since last night on social networks! A police officer, a traffic agent, was seen on Avenue Habib Bourguiba de Tunis carrying a gray-blue veil under his kepi! Opinions are shared about such an outfit. Some see it as a recognition of Islamic outfit within the order service, others an accelerated Islamization of the country which, paradoxically, begins in official structures.

A source at the Ministry of the Interior said to us: “We are not against it as long as it bothers anyone or their work. This policeman made the request and we granted her authorization, because it is part of the individual freedoms ”.

The same source adds that it awaits an official press release and that it fears fallout on the mass of work in that the alleged veil would be more numerous.

In the same vein, if the Ministry of the Interior tolerates the veil, there should be no problem that the police let their beards push as much as they want and the ministry should in no case prevent them!
