Algerian aid to the Tunisian neighbor, or the announced twilight of Bouteflika!

If it is true that the economic situation in our country is by no means alarming or desperate, the fact remains that it is worrying, critical, at least shocking. Also, many friends, neighbors and other global institutions have not hesitated to show a surge of solidarity to help us.

Like, moreover, of the Algerian brother who would have decided to grant substantial aid of the order of $ 100 million, aid announced since March 15 following the visit of the head of the Tunisian government Beji Caïd Essebsi in Algiers. Nothing abnormal so far, but the World Bank’s announcement to grant aid of the order of $ 500 million, not to mention a fundraising of $ 700 million, would have pushed certain wise observers to think that Algerian aid is now estimated insufficient, if not derisory, especially since the aid in question has not been released to date, according to the online newspaper “Maghreb Emerging” Information. In any case, help not at all up to the fraternal links uniting the two neighboring peoples.

Other observers did not hesitate to believe that it is only a maneuver by President Bouteflika, he who now seems “terrified of following the same path as Ben Ali and Mubarak”, as “DNA-Algeria” affirms, in a recent edition. Especially since his last speech did not convince at all, much believing that it came too late, still according to the estimates of the online newspaper “DNA-Algeria”.

The fact remains that we did not fail to be surprised, to the least ask certain questions about the gesture of Bouteflika, who seemed blurred, if not on the point … to abdicate.
