The Tunisian selection, already qualified at CAN 2025, is playing its last playoff game this evening counting for the 6th day by facing the Gambia at the Hamadi Agrebi stadium in Rades.
This meeting between Tunisia and Gambia is without stake insofar as the Carthage Eagles, at the top of group A, have 10 points on the counter, and are therefore already qualified with the Comoros (9 points) while the Gambia, 3rd with 5 points, is eliminated just like Madagascar.
This meeting, scheduled for 8:00 p.m. and which will be led by Ghanaian referee Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea, will therefore be an opportunity for Tunisians to reconcile with their audience after results little in accordance with the ambitions of Tunisia.
The group’s other match will take Comoros and Madagascar in a meeting also without stake, the Comorians are also already qualified.
