Tunisia U20 has been crowned for the 11th time in its history and qualifies for the World Cup in the under -20 category.
The male volleyball selection won the 21ᵉ African Junior Nations Championship (U20) by beating its Egyptian counterpart on the score of 3 sets at 2 (25-27, 25-16, 22-25, 25-21, 15-13), in the final disputed on Sunday in the Mechtel room, in the Belvedere.
During a very tight match, the two teams engaged in an intense hunt that ended up in favor of Tunisians. Following this victory, the Tunisians won their 11ᵉ continental title and qualified at the 2025 World Cup with Egypt.
Third place returned to Morocco, winner on Saturday in the classification match, from Burundi 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-18).
