The Sports Arbitral Tribunal (CAS) has officially announced admitting the request for provisional measures filed by the Chebbian sports crescent.
The club is therefore reintegrated into Ligue 1 for season 22/23 to the right right to its call to the TA.
This decision will upset Ligue 1, which begins tomorrow, and will put the Tunisian Football Federation (FTF) in a position that could not be more critical.
