The Ministry of Youth and Sports, Kamel Deguiche indicated, this Friday, September 29, 2022, that the decision of the Arbitral Tribunal of Sport (TAS) was “predictable”.
He also added, in a statement to Jawhara FM, that the Tunisian Football Federation (FTF) must apply the TAS’s decision, believing that the contact between the FTF and the CHEBBA sports crescent “demonstrated the good intention of the federation”.
The Minister revealed that his department has drawn up a draft decree relating to the organization of sports structures including disputes between them and this in order to set up deadlines to avoid this kind of situation.
“This bill, a kind of Tunisian justice, will end many problems that are currently being resolved abroad. There will no longer be a need to use the heap, “he said.
It should be recalled that the Sports Arbitral Tribunal (TAS) officially announced yesterday admitting the request for provisional measures filed by the Croisant Sportif Chebbien.
The club is therefore reintegrated into Ligue 1 for season 22/23 to the right right to its call to the TA.
