The Tunisian Football Federation (FTF) announced, today having won the case in the case which opposes it to the Chebbien sports crescent.
The FTF announced in a press release that the Sports Arbitral Tribunal (CAS) decided to declare itself incompetent with regard to the appeal formed by CS Chebbien, as for a possible return to Ligue 1.
Draded to Ligue 2 at the end of the 2022-2023 season, the CSC had disputed its descent, believing that it has been injured several times during the season. He had headed for the TAS who finally declared himself incompetent to judge this case.
The heap responded to the arguments put forward by the FTF. The main reason for the FTF was the incompetence of this body in this case due to several considerations, the FTF said in its press release.
In addition, the CS Chebbien is called upon to cover all sports arbitration costs with the obligation to transfer an amount of 5 thousand Swiss francs to the FTF.
