During Mobile World Congress Doha 2025, Ooredoo Tunisia announced a strategic partnership with Oredata and Google Cloud aimed at accelerating the modernization of its marketing and subscriber interactions, leveraging Google Cloud’s advanced artificial intelligence technologies.
AI technologies to personalize the customer experience
This alliance combines the latest innovations in generative AI, including the Vertex AI platform and the Gemini and Veo models, with next-generation customer communications solutions. The objective is to allow Ooredoo Tunisia to offer more personalized campaigns and experiences, more relevant and better synchronized with the needs of its users.
