Ons Jabeur beat his opponent 6-4, 1-6, 6-4 and thus joined the quarter-finals where she will be opposed to the Russian Mirra Andreeva, 16th in the world, aged 17 she knows for having faced her once last year during the 2nd round of the Australian Open (Tunisian defeat).
Ons Jabeur reached the quarterfinals by eliminating the Chinese in turn seized Zheng (692nd) in the 1st round; Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova (28th) in the 2nd round; and Armenian Elina Avannesyan (43rd) in the 3rd round.
