Liesse scenes observed throughout France, in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Rouen, Montpellier, Toulouse, etc. A crowd of people notably marched on the Champs-Élysées, and in the district of Châtelet-les-Halles, smoke in hand, on foot or by car.
