Firas Katoussi and Khalil Jendoubi, two Tunisian taekwondoists, continue to mark the history of their discipline on a global scale.
Firas Katoussi, Tunisian Taekwondoist, reached first place in the world ranking in February 2025 in the less than 80 kg category. This result crowns an exceptional year for the athlete who had already won the gold medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in the same category, thus affirming his status as world leader.
His compatriot Khalil Jendoubi also marked the spirits by ranking third in the world ranking of February 2025 in the category of under 58 kg. Jendoubi, whose career is already rich in many distinctions, added to his record a bronze medal obtained in Paris 2024, after a silver medal won at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
