Hafnaoui, Jaouadi and Ben Abdelfatteh at the World Swimming Championships

The World Swimming Championships start this Friday, February 2 in Doha (Qatar) on Friday, February 2 and will continue until February 18, 2024. Originally scheduled for November 2023, but postponed due to COVID, these Worlds will see the participation of Ahmed Ayoub Hafnaoui, Ahmed Jaouadi and Toulan Ben Abdelfatteh.

These swimming worlds, which take place five months before the Olympic Games, will see the participation of three Tunisian swimmers.

First there is Ahmed Ayoub Hafnaoui, who is no longer to present. Olympic champion of 400m NL and double holding title on 800m and 1500m, he will try to defend his titles won in Japan in July 2023.

Ahmed Ayoub Hafnaoui will have three important meetings since he will swim on February 11 on February 11, the 800m on February 13-14 and the 1500m on February 17-18, 2024.

There is also Ahmed Jaouadi. At almost 19, the rising star, which dominates the French junior championships at all levels, will make its big world debut in Doha. He will be aligned with the 400m NL after carrying out the minimum required by World Aquatics.

Finally, there is Toulan Ben Abdelfatteh, 17, who will be engaged in the solo artistic swimming events on February 2 and 4.
