The Tunisian selection of Taekwondo took part, last week in the Spanish Open G1 where it won four medals.
The four Tunisian athletes participating in the competition won a medal, allowing the national selection to finish in 5th place.
Firas Gattoussi (-80 kg) and Chaima Toumi (-57 kg) won the gold medal while Ikram Dhahri (-49 kg) and Khalil Jendoubi (-63 kg) were satisfied with bronze.
On another level, the Tunisian referee Dhouha Yaakoui was appointed best referee in the tournament.
