Tunisia will participate in the world fencing championships, scheduled for July 22 to 30, 2025 in Tbilisi (Georgia), with a delegation of five athletes engaged only in individual tests.
The Tunisian fencing federation has confirmed the participation of five athletes in the world championships which are held this year in Tbilisi. The Sabers Fares and Ahmed Ferjani will defend the national colors in their specialty. In foil, it is the young fencing Nourane Bechir and Yasmine Ayari who will enter, while in sword, Eya Rouatbi will represent Tunisia.
The competitions, which will bring together the best shooters on the planet, will take place between July 22 and 30, 2025. This Tunisian participation is part of the preparation for the next continental and Olympic deadlines.
Tunisia continues its regular presence on the world fencing scene, a discipline where it has already obtained promising results, notably through the Ferjani brothers, well -known figures of the African scene.
