The two Tunisian representatives in the African Football Champions League, namely, the Sports Hope of Tunis and the Sports Star of the Sahel were paid in the same group (group C), after the drawing of the competition made this Friday.
Hope ST and ES Sahel will evolve alongside it will once again meet this year in the Champions League of the Angolans of Petro Atletico and Sudanese from Al Hilal Omdurman.
Here is the composition of the groups:
Group A: Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa), Pyramids FC (Egypt), TP Mazembe (RD Congo), Nouadhibou FC (Mauritania)
Group B: Wydad Casablanca (Morocco), Simba FC (Tanzania), ASEC Mimosas (Ivory Coast), Jwaneng Galaxy (Botswana)
Group C: ES of Tunis (Tunisia), Petro Atletico (Angola), Al Hilal Omdurman (Sudan), ES Sahel (Tunisia)
Group D: Al Ahly (Egypt), CR Belouizdad (Algeria), Young Africans (Tanzania), Medeama DC (Ghana)
