The steering committee of the Sfaxian sports club announced the holding of its elective general meeting for the mandate 2022-2024, on Saturday December 10.
In a press release published on the official Facebook page of the club, the said steering committee also announced the training of an independent commission for the elections, made up of Chafik Guedoura (President), Mohamed Maalej and Salma Besbes Haj Salah as members.
This is the fourth time that the club has opened up applications for its presidency (2022-2024).
In the absence of candidates, the governor of Sfax, Fakher Fakhfekh, had, it was said, decided, last August, to hold a meeting with the former presidents, at the end of which, the former Minister of Social Affairs, Mohamed Trabelsi, had been appointed to preside over the provisional management of the club’s business after the withdrawal of Moncef Sellami.
