Good news for African supporters: the Local Organizing Committee (CLO) of CAN Morocco 2025 has announced, in coordination with the Moroccan authorities and the Confederation of African Football (CAF), that the issuance of electronic visas via the Yalla application is free for the entire duration of the tournament.

A unified and simplified procedure

In a press release published Tuesday, the committee specifies that the electronic visa application and the creation of the FAN ID – a mandatory document to access the stadiums – are done simultaneously on the official platform www.yallamorocco.ma.

This system aims to streamline entry formalities and secure access to sports infrastructures during the competition.

Customer service available 24 hours a day

To support applicants, multilingual customer service (Arabic, French, English) is available continuously at +212 5 30 30 20 30, as well as at the email address (email protected).

A dedicated team is mobilized to answer questions, assist users and resolve any technical difficulties.
