Tunisia will start its participation in the Qatar World Cup 2022, on November 22, with a meeting against Denmark.
The coach Jalel Kadri will not be able to count, during this meeting, on his second goalkeeper, Bechir Ben Said and his central defender, Dylan Bronn.
And for good reason, Dylan Bronn received a red card during the friendly meeting which opposed Tunisia in Brazil.
FIFA did not take into account the non-participation of Bronn in the friendly match which opposed Tunisia yesterday to Iran, due to the exceeding of the 6 changes, in addition to holding the match on an annex field.
As for Bechir Ben Said, and contrary to what was announced today, the injury of the goalkeeper of the national selection, requires at least a week of rest and new tests, which will be done on November 20.
The Tunisian Football Federation indicates, in fact, on its Facebook page that after having carried out all the necessary examinations following the fatigue he felt yesterday, Bechir Ben Said suffers from a muscle injury requiring at least a week of rest.
Note that the last legal deadline to change an injured player is the day immediately the first meeting in the World Cup, which will take place on November 22 between Tunisia and Denmark.
Bechir Ben Said will therefore in no case be able to participate in this meeting because of his injury.
