The Tunisian Football Federation announced, in a press release published last night on its Facebook page, the official dismissal of the whole technical staff of the national football selection after elimination at the stadium of the 1st round the African Cup of Nations 2023+1.
These include chief coach Jalel Kadri, who had already announced his departure, Ali Boumnijel and Selim Ben Achour. In this context, the FTF designated the coaches Anis Boussaidi and Montassar Louhichi temporarily at the head of the selection. They will ensure the interim at the head of the national eleven pending the appointment of a new coach.
After the elimination of the National Football Selection of the CAN 2023+1, on January 24, coach Jalel Kadri decided to resign from his position as national coach after his failure, especially as he had a contract with the aim of reaching at least the semi-finals.
