Tunisian swimmer Ahmed Jaouadi continues to shine on the international scene. Engaged this Saturday at the 400 -meter freestyle series at the prestigious Stockholm Swim Open, the young champion qualified for the final by achieving a time of 3: 54.22, which places it 8th in the general classification.
It was by finishing 4th in the fifth series that Jaouadi validated his ticket for the final, scheduled for this afternoon at 5:15 p.m. (local time). A great performance that confirms its rise in power a few months before the major international meetings.
But the Tunisian swimmer’s program does not stop there. Jaouadi will also participate in the 800 -meter and 1500 -meter freestyle events, scheduled for Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday at 10.45 a.m.
Ahmed Jaouadi has already established himself as one of the great hopes of Tunisian and African swimming. He had distinguished himself by winning the gold medal of the 1500m freestyle at the last world championships in small basin, which held in Budapest in December 2024. A historical performance which marked a turning point in his career.
In Stockholm, Jaouadi intends to confirm its shape of the moment and continue to wear the colors of Tunisia high in a high -rewarded tray, bringing together several world renowned swimmers.
