On January 8, 2025, the Tunisian Handball National Team was beaten by Japan (34-33) as part of the International Tournament of the Four Nations, which is currently being held in Poland and ends on January 10.
This defeat is part of the preparations for the world handball championship, which will take place from January 14 to February 2, 2025, in Denmark, Norway and Croatia.
Tunisia will face Austria on January 9, before concluding the tournament against Poland on January 10.
