No less than thirty-four nations are expected to take part in the Grand Prix of Tunis Saber (men and ladies) which will be organized from January 13 to 15 in the Radès room.
The total number of participants amounts to 280 saber (141 boys and 139 girls) and it could even reach 300, by Saturday.
The Tunis Grand Prix is one three main world prices, with those in Paris and Seoul, and one of the eight annual tournaments registered on the calendar of the International Fencing Federation.
It is also a preparatory step for certain Tunisian fencers with a view to qualifying for the Olympic Games in Paris 2024 and an opportunity for young Tunisian participants to measure themselves the greatest champions in the discipline.
