The Port City of Zarzis occupies fourth place in the ranking of the best places in Africa to invest in office spaces, according to the World Real Estate Portal, Lamudi.

The Summit region in Addis Ababa comes first in the most affordable places to invest in commercial real estate in Africa. The square meter costs an Ethiopian birr on average 1039.61 birr, equivalent to just over 50 US dollars.

Westlands, a posh district of the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, is in second place in the podium with the equivalent of 664.23 dollars per square meter.

Third place is occupied by the Anthony district in Lagos, Nigeria (770.16 dollars per m²); the port city of Zarzis (871.28 dollars per m²); And Béjaia, a port in Algeria ($ 1004.98 per m²).

The list takes into account both accessibility as well as the available offer of commercial goods in each region to determine the main investment places in office spaces outside the central traditional business districts.
