The investigating judge at the Nabeul court of first instance issued a warrant for deposit against the former mayor of Dar Allouche, reports Mosaique FM without revealing the charges held against him.
The mayor of Dar Allouche has been in the courts of justice since 2021, when an investigation had been opened against him for corruption.
This former mayor is involved in an illegal management case of a public building in order to appropriate it, by a public agent who has used his position, resulting in public and private damage and participation in it.
Accused of corruption, this mayor had already been talked about a few weeks ago by continuing deputy Imene Bettaieb who had accused him of exploiting the public domain and raping the environment.
According to her, the mayor in question had decided to create a forced passage on the beach of Kerkouane and to develop agricultural roads.
