The regional director of health in Kasserine, Abdelghani Chaabani, announced this Mosaique FM Mosaique on Monday, February 10, 2025 on Monday, February 10, 2025 that the Kasserine regional hospital had received, on the night of Sunday to Monday, the lifeless body of a 14 -year -old child. The Kasserine’s civil protection services received a call around 6 p.m. Sunday, signaling a seriously injured child following the explosion of a suspicious object in the mountainous area of Aïn Mechri, located in Mzirâa, within the municipality of Salloum.
The emergency services, supported by the security forces and the national army, quickly intervened to transport the victim’s body to the hospital.
According to testimonies from inhabitants, the child has found an unidentified object in this mountainous area. By manipulating him, he would have exploded, causing his death.
