Tunis | Three ministers will go this Wednesday, March 4 to the governorate of Jendouba on Wednesday, March 4 to inquire about the situation on the ground after the floods that hit the region last week.
This was announced this Tuesday March 3, the Minister of the Interior Najem Gharsalli on the sidelines of a meeting with the President of the Republic Beji Caid Essebsi which took place at the Palais de Carthage.
The Minister of the Interior also announced the upcoming holding of a Council of Ministers dedicated to the governorate of Jendouba.
The ministers who will go from this Wednesday, March 4, in the Jendouba region are Saad Seddik, Minister of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries; Mohamed Salah Arfaoui, Minister of Equipment, Housing and Regional Planning and Slim Chaker, Minister of Finance. Its mission will be to define the urgent measures of the region.
According to a press release from the Presidency of the Republic, published on its Facebook page, Najem Gharsalli also presented to Beji Caid Essebsi a report on the situation in Jendouba after the floods.
He also took stock of the security situation in the country.
