The Prosecutor’s Office of the Ariana Court of First Instance authorized, today, on Friday, January 5, on Friday, January 5, the agents of the judicial police of the Ariana City to place several medical and administrative executives as well as the owner of a private company in detention.
The case concerns the discovery of the body of a sub -Saharan immigrant in a state of decomposition within a hospital at Ariana. The latter died in last week, but his body was not deposited in the hospital morgue.
Putrefi, the corpse was then buried by a private company in a manner not in accordance with the laws in force, according to Mosaic FM.
After the investigations, it was decided to place ten administrative and medical staff of the hospital, as well as the owner of the private company who was responsible for burial the body of the foreign immigrant, in detention.
