The Regional Directorate of State and Land Affairs of Mahdia and Tozeur recovered, Thursday, September 12, 2024, three national agricultural land.
In execution of the evacuation decisions issued by the governors of Mahdia and Tozeur, and due to the non-payment of debts due by the tenants on the one hand, and the illegal appropriation of state goods on the other hand, the services of the regional directorate of the state and land affairs of Mahdia and Tozeur recovered, Thursday, September 12, 2024, three agricultural domanial land.
Two of these properties are located in the irrigated area known as “Bir Ben Kamla” in the Hiboun delegation, in Mahdia, and cover around 4 hectares, while the third property is located in the delegation of Nefta, precisely to the left of the national road n ° 3 leading to the delegation of Hazoua, on an area of two hectares.
The recovery operation took place in the presence of all the state authorities concerned, and the regional departments have taken possession of the property recovered while waiting to reassign them in accordance with the legal regulations in force.
