The Minister of Equipment and Housing, Sarah Zaafarani indicated that in -depth reports will be launched, from Wednesday, in order to identify the possible repercussions of the fire which declared this morning at the Bizerte Mobile Bridge.
Intervening, during a visit made to the scene of the fire, Zaafrani said that the head of state, Kais Saied, and the government’s head of the government, Najla Bouden had given their instructions relating to the opening of an in -depth investigation into the incident and they had recommended to take the necessary and immediate measures to ensure the normal functioning of this strategic installation.
And to add that following the evaluation of all the damage, all mechanisms and logistical means will be mobilized to secure bridge services in terms of land transport and maritime transport, later.
For its part, the president of the regional committee of the rescue organization, and governor of Bizerte, Samir Abdellaoui, reported the reopening of traffic on the deck for all kinds of vehicles and for pedestrians, in parallel with the control works, carried out on the scene of the fire, which was completely extinguished.
