A large crowd of refugees, notably Libyans was noted in the border post of Ras Jedir which was reopened this Saturday morning after a Friday marked by the Chaos. The border post was reopened this morning to the refugees fleeing La Libya, after having been closed yesterday because of the “chaos” reigning at the Tuniso-Libyan border. A preventive security measure to deal with chaos and extreme tensions caused by the massive flow of refugees wanting to cross the crossing point by force.
According to the correspondent of the TAP agency, the border post has resumed his activities, which is very crowded with Libyans who have remained there since the day before, while Egyptian nationals were waiting to finalize customs procedures to access Tunisian soil.
Libyan security services had to be carried out yesterday, injuring the chief of the Ben Guerdane national security district before the situation degenerates.
