A modern dialysis unit has been inaugurated today at the Mdhila local health center in the Gafsa governorate, for a total investment of 1.85 million dinars.
An investment of 850,000 dinars was devoted to the construction of the unit, respecting the strictest health standards.
Eight latest generation dialysis machines have been acquired, offering a capacity of eight beds, at a cost of 1 million dinars.
This new unit aims to relieve patients suffering from kidney failure to MDHILA, by offering them the necessary care on the spot, without having to move to more distant establishments, such as the Hussein Bouziane regional hospital in Gafsa or other neighboring centers.
