In Kairouan, young people want to fight against illiteracy and illiteracy

The event “3alli Soutek”, launched by the Wasabi organization, in partnership with the Sawty and Wes association, and aimed at engaging young people in their region, visited the Kairouan region on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14, on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday 14.

Various projects have been set out, in order to resolve the difficulties encountered in the region. The mayor of Kairouan, Lassaad Ghedami, was present at this event in order to dialogue on the concerns and aspirations of young people in the city. Third problems were noted, which everyone will then try to improve following the development of projects. It is a question of reducing poverty, unemployment rate, and fighting against illiteracy and illiteracy.

Mr. Ghedami has also mentioned plans and future projects for the construction of a new House of Culture, new parks and football stadiums in several cities. He also indicated the need to improve the overall infrastructure of the Kairouan region. The opportunity for these two days, two young people were selected to assist and animate a national conference on the challenges to which Tunisian youth faces: Khalil Ayed and Manel Ouada.

The Sawty association will subsequently initiate these two representatives of Kairouan, like the previous ones at Sidi Bouzid, to plea techniques so that they can be heard and represent their region with the Tunisian government.

Recall that the first tour ends in Kairouan, the second will start on July 25 and 26 in Bizerte on July 25 and 26.
