The services of the Ministry of Commerce in the governorate of Médenine drew, last Friday, August 25, 2023, minutes in the supervision of non-classified bakeries, after having noted 4 economic violations among the latter.
In this context, the ministry specified that two of the violations concerned the non-compliance with subsidies, while an effective seizure was carried out on a quantity of these subsidized products consisting in 2820 kg of semolina and 1840 kg of flour.
On the other hand, and on the basis of information gathered after investigation, an unassembled bakery which was manufacturing bread and having it flowed from night restaurants, was searched in the Ben Guerdane area, where 1350 kg of semolina and 110 kg of flour were seized.
The offenders were summoned by the parties concerned in order to take legal measures and additional sanctions against them.
