The situation is not yet fully controlled with regard to fires that have triggered in several governorates.
In total, 14 fires declared themselves simultaneously in eight governorates, the Colonel-Major, Moez Triaa, spokesperson for the Civil Protection Office.
In a declaration granted to Mosaique FM, he indicated that everything is done to control these 14 fires knowing that in certain regions of the fire pockets remain active as is the case in Jendouba and Béja. If some fires have been fully under control, eight fires are still to be controlled.
In this context, Tunisia has asked its European Union partners technical aid.
