From tomorrow, Tuesday, May 20 at 6 am, a partial diversion of traffic will be set up around the Place du Bardo, at the crossroads of national roads 7 and 5 (rue de l’Indendance) as well as Bayrem Ettounsi avenue.

This measure, announced by the Company of the Quick Railway Network of Tunis (RFR), is part of the construction work of line D of the rail network.

The deviation, which will remain in force until further notice, is coordinated with the traffic police services of the Ministry of the Interior in order to guarantee the safety of users and the smooth running of the work.

Concretely, vehicles from Den Den and heading towards the Bardo via the avenue of independence and avenue Bayrem ettounsi will be able to continue their journey via the intersection of the railways of the metro and the trains, located in front of the assembly of the People’s Representatives (ARP).

In addition, drivers from the avenues Taieb Mhiri, March 20 and Habib Bourguiba in the direction of Khaznadar will have to take the road leading to Oued Elil, then turn left to the Den Den area.
