Two fires broke out, today afternoon in the Maaloula forest in Tabarka (Jendouba governorate) where civil protection and the army have managed to master the fires.
Initially, efforts were made by civil protection, which called on tanker trucks and bulldozers in order to master the lights, despite the difficulty of accessing the two areas of the two lights.
Due to the density of the forest, the army also intervened to support the efforts of civil protection in its fight against fires.
The two fires were finally under control and according to the first data, more than eight hectares were ravaged by fire.
