The University of Carthage is taking a new step in the modernization of its administrative services with the launch of a digital platform dedicated to the verification of diplomas.
From now on, any authentication operation for documents issued by the university must go through this official channel. This initiative aims to strengthen the reliability of procedures while simplifying procedures for users.
A unique platform for the validation of diplomas
Accessible from the official portal of the University of Carthage, the new platform allows the authenticity of diplomas issued by the institution to be confirmed online. The service is aimed at students and graduates as well as teachers, administrative staff, as well as public and private organizations or individuals requiring formal verification.
Designed to offer a high level of security, the platform ensures rapid processing of requests and limits the risks of documentary fraud, in a context where the recognition of diplomas constitutes a growing issue, particularly internationally.
Dematerialized procedure and two-step validation
To access the service, the user is required to create a personal account and provide the requested information. Once registered, they can submit an authentication request and attach several digital documents, within the limit set by the platform.
Each file is subject to a double check. The first validation is ensured by the establishment that issued the diploma, before final confirmation by the University of Carthage. At the end of processing, the requester is informed of the progress of his request by email and via his personal space. An appointment is then communicated to him for the recovery of the file.
Administrative simplification and enhanced transparency
Announced via the university’s official channels, this system is part of a global strategy for the digitalization of university services. The objective is to reduce processing times, limit physical travel and improve the traceability of requests.
Through this platform, the University of Carthage intends to establish a more transparent and reliable framework for the authentication of diplomas, while meeting the growing requirements of administrations and employers in terms of verification of academic backgrounds.
