Tunisie Telecom unveiled, Monday October 27 at the El Manar commercial space, its new “TT-FTTR” (Fiber-To-The-Room) service, a major innovation which promises to revolutionize home connectivity. This launch is part of the public operator’s continuous innovation strategy, resolutely focused on modernizing the digital experience of Tunisian homes.

Fiber in every room: the promise of “TT-FTTR”
While FTTH (Fiber-To-The-Home) technology already brings fiber to the door of the home, FTTR pushes performance even further, by extending fiber into every room of the house. The result: an ultra-fast, stable and seamless connection, with no dead zones or signal loss, even in large or multi-story homes.

The “TT-FTTR” service is now offered to 500M and 1G Fiber customers, guaranteeing them constant speed in all rooms and an optimal connection for the most demanding uses: teleworking, 4K streaming, online games and connected objects.
Invisible and efficient technology
This advancement is based on a new generation optical fiber, ultra-thin and transparent, which is installed discreetly without heavy work or drilling. It adapts to all types of interiors and symbolizes a fluid integration of technology into everyday life.

“A concrete step forward towards the connected home of tomorrow”
The Chairman and CEO of Tunisie Telecom, Lassaad Ben Dhiab, underlined on this occasion:
“Already a pioneer in the deployment of very high speed and cloud solutions, Tunisie Telecom continues to integrate the best global technologies. With the launch of TT-FTTR, Tunisie Telecom confirms its role as a key player in national digital development by offering its customers a homogeneous, high-performance Internet experience adapted to new digital uses. This is a concrete step forward towards the connected home of tomorrow. »
This innovation marks a decisive step in the modernization of the Tunisian domestic network, positioning Tunisie Telecom as a key player in national digital development.
