The president of the association of SOS children’s villages, Mohamed Moudich, said that donations for the association’s children via the website reached 1 million 120 thousand dinars, while donations per SMS, until last Sunday, amounted to 400 thousand dinars.
In a declaration on national radio, Mohamed Moudich added that the Tunisian community in France occupies the first place in terms of donations, followed by the Tunisian community in Canada, then the Tunisians residing in Germany.
He also clarified that Tunisians in 25 countries have made donations in favor of children in the SOS villages.
He stressed that the donation campaign continues to Eid Al-Adha, whether by SMS at number 85510 or via the website www.sosve.tn.
