Tunisia will experience unstable weather this Friday marked by stormy showers in the north and scattered rains locally affecting the center and the southeast. Precipitation will sometimes be intense in the far northern regions, accompanied by hail in places.
Rain, gusts and rough seas
The winds, blowing from the north over the northern and central regions, and from the west over the south, will reach high speeds near the coasts, exceeding 70 km/h in gusts and in thunderstorms. Inside the country, however, they will remain low to moderate. The sea will be very rough in the north and choppy elsewhere, making navigation conditions difficult.
Drop in temperatures in most regions
Temperatures will continue to drop slightly: they will oscillate between 15 and 20°C in the north and center, and between 21 and 26°C in the south, with peaks of up to 28°C in the far southeast. This cooling, combined with humidity, will mark the gradual return of autumnal weather across the entire territory.
