The Tunisian government has determined the stock of fresh milk regulation sterilized for the year 2025 to 19.7 million liters, according to a joint decree of the Ministers of Industry, Agriculture, Finance and Trade, published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic (JORT) n ° 113.
The decree specifies that the high lactation period will extend from March 1 to August 31, 2025, while dairy power plants will be able to benefit from the sterilized fresh milk storage bonus from March 1 to December 31, 2025.
This measure aims to supervise the production and storage of milk, guaranteeing a stable supply while regulating the market.
The regulation stock was set in accordance with decree n ° 658 of 1999, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 4031 of 2013, which notably frames the terms of storage and support for dairy power plants.
