Sonia Dahmani’s judicial fate will soon be sealed. The sixth correctional chamber of the Tunis court of first instance decided, this Monday, June 30, to put the case under deliberation, while waiting to make its verdict.
The lawyer is continued under the decree-law 54 relating to the fight against offenses related to information and communication systems. She appears in a state of freedom, following a statement she had made on the situation of sub -Saharan migrants in Tunisia.
The final decision of the court is now expected in the coming days.
