Between January and the end of November 2025, 4,838 collective actions were recorded, compared to 2,638 during the same period in 2024, an increase of 83.4%. The month of November alone saw 589 civil and political mobilizations, a level up around 80% from one year to the next.
Nature of mobilizations
The report highlights an increase in marches led by different political forces and civil organizations. The demands mainly concern the right to employment for unemployed graduates, the improvement of working conditions, the regularization of administrative situations, tenure and the application of pending agreements.
Sit-ins come first among the modes of action, followed by hunger strikes, work strikes, wearing the red armband and issuing press releases.
